Peggy’s association with the Hollywood Bowl spans several decades. In September of 1954 her performance there was telecast on the Colgate Comedy Hour. In the video below she chats briefly with host Eddie Fisher before singing Irving Berlin’s “Love, You Didn’t Do Right by Me” and Cole Porter’s “From This Moment On.” The Hollywood Bowl was also the site of Peggy’s final concert, in August of 1995, when she shared the stage with Mel Tormé and George Shearing.
